Refusing the New Iron Tree
Attention is a currency, here’s how to stop funding fear.
Years ago I sensed a reset coming. Not an apocalypse - the end of these times that taught us to worship control. I began creating AMP sessions so ordinary people could meet that shift with steadiness: calm the nervous system, reclaim attention, and lead from the heart. This isn’t about political parties or personalities; it’s about archetypes that show up whenever old systems unwind.
Today’s mirror is The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 (2015). You don’t need to be a superfan to feel its truth. Panem is a machine of domination - the Iron Tree- built from propaganda, surveillance, scarcity, and fear. The rebels bring it down, but the real test arrives after victory: will they rebuild the same machine with different faces? In the end, Katniss refuses to crown a new Iron Tree. That’s the pivot our moment is asking of us.
What AMP Does
This session isn’t about analyzing Mockingjay. It’s about changing the frequency of the fear/control pattern in your body so you can feel a shift within. When your state shifts, your attention stops funding domination and starts funding courage, care, and clear action. Do it with others and the shift spreads. That’s the lighthouse effect.
Fear is loud right now, and “saviors” are fashionable. In that climate, it’s easy to tithe our most precious resource - attention - to outrage and leader-fixation. But attention is currency. What we fund grows. Mockingjay shows how narrative wars (“propos”) pull focus to the very thing we’re trying to end. Naming harm matters; centering domination feeds it.
So this week’s AMP session invites three shifts:
1) Name without feeding
Describe the behavior and harm (propaganda, dehumanization, rule-changing). Then point your focus toward protections and solutions. Keep the spotlight where life grows.
2) Distributed courage
The districts win together. Power spreads through many hearts, one field. Let go of lone-hero energy; make courage communal and practical.
3) Refuse the new Iron Tree
Winning a fight isn’t the test. Refusing to rebuild domination is. Choose partnership over punishment as your operating system.
To receive the full effect, do The Intention Session before you press play and if you can, watch with a few others.
Why watch with others?
Coherence is contagious. When a small circle intends, and watches together, people naturally synchronize. That steadiness moves through conversations, families, teams - quietly changing what feels “normal.” Coming together with intention is powerful.
Here are a few Resonance Statements from the AMP session. Read them aloud before and after you watch—and notice how your body settles as you do:
I no longer allow propaganda to keep me from peace within.
I no longer allow myself to be controlled by fear.
I move with my team and let go of needing to be the hero.
It’s in the unity that we discover a new way.
I include my adversary in the solutions of creating a new and peaceful way of living together in unity.
Not The End of Times
This is not the end of times. It’s the end of these times - the era that asked us to worship the Iron Tree. What’s dying is our allegiance to control, not our future. The fire that scares us is a clearing fire. What remains is what was always sacred: relationship, reciprocity, and the courage to create together.
The Peaceful Way to Stand Up
Standing up doesn’t mean getting louder; it means getting steadier. AMP is how we deprogram the old resonance and become beacons of light - calm, clear, and contagious. Change your state, and your choices change. Change enough choices, and culture follows.
If you host a small watch party, tell me what shifted. If you watch alone, breathe, read the lines out loud, and choose one small action you’ll fund with your attention this week. The spell breaks when enough of us stop feeding it.
