As someone who has experienced burnout three times in my life, I know firsthand how important it is to find balance in our work and personal lives. Through my journey of self-discovery, I've learned that there's a more powerful way to approach success than simply pushing ourselves to the limit.
In this post, I want to share with you an Alignment Movie Process (AMPTM) session that has had a profound impact on my life and can help you too. Specifically, I'll be using the movie After The Wedding (2006) to illustrate how you can leverage yourself and expand your life experience.

Allow The River of Grace To Leverage You
If you’re truly desiring to begin creating a life of balance with your work, your home life, and remain connected to those who have a place in your heart, it’s time to allow the river of grace to nourish all the facets of your life.
What do I mean by the river of grace?
The river of grace is a metaphor for the universal creation energies. This river represents whatever you believe has created this world and countless universes. It is your personal river of grace.
To begin leveraging the river of grace, start by developing a daily practice of sending it to all your obstacles, work and business endeavors, problems, relationship issues, dreams, and aspirations.
When you can get out of the way, be willing to receive, and actively send the river of grace to work on your behalf, you’ll be simply dazzled at how your life will turn out.
Each day, I suggest you begin your morning in mediation, prayer, or a quiet walk - whatever is your mindful practice. During your practice, visualize the river flowing to all your concerns, letting go of any resistance and trusting that the river is working on your behalf. This practice will help you leverage yourself in ways that you never thought possible. You’ll begin to receive inspired ideas or creative solutions to the obstacles of the day. It’s highly strategic and will lead you to greater balance and fulfillment in all areas of your life.
Then let go, knowing the river is leveraging you and working on your behalf while you go about your day. The let go part is key.
